This is one of the quickest flavorful chapathi. If you have unexpected guests and you are in a hurry this will help you like a cake and will give a "hmm..." from your guests. All you need is a store bought Kasoori methi packet.
Ingredients
- a cup of whole wheat flour(atta)
- handful of dry methi leaves(Kasoori Methi)
- 2 tbsp of oil
- salt
- 1 tsp of chilli powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
Pre-cooking
- None.
- Drizzle the chapathi(once done) with a drop of ghee for additional flavour.
Tips
- If you use too much methi leaves,it will turn bitter.
